Add option to export file as XLIFF

Current behavior:
Single jobs can be exported as bilingual MXLIFF or DOCX, but not XLIFF.

Available workaround (if any):

  1. Select multiple jobs in a project and click Download > Bilingual MXLIFF > XLIFF
  2. Download XLIFF via API.

Requested behavior:
Ability to export individual jobs as XLIFF from the UI.

Use case:
It would be useful to have the option to download files as XLIFF for cross-platform use.

    I never knew it was possible through the API. Makes me wonder what other features are in the API but lacking in the UI.
