Current behavior

In projects with multiple target languages, in the Create job page, to de/select them all, you'd have to press Ctrl+Shift and click on one of the checkboxes. There is no De/select button at the top of the list of languages.

Requested behavior

In projects with multiple target languages, in the Create job page, it is possible to de/select all target languages at once by clicking on a specific button, instead of having to use the Ctrl+Shift+checkbox shortcut.
