Enable "Preview Translation" function from the Project Overview screen to download selected languages of Multilingual Excel file

Current behavior

Preview translation function is accessible from within the Web editor only

Requested behavior

Implement the Preview translation function from the Project overview screen, so Project Managers can download multiple (completed) languages of a Multilingual Excel file (and others)
