Current behavior:
When the user uploads larger files to create new jobs, a spinning wheel and "Please wait" message are displayed, but there is no clear indication of progress.

Requested behavior:
When uploading larger files as new jobs, a progress percentage is indicated while loading, as in this example.

Use case:
This would allow the user to understand more clearly how the uploading is progressing and how much time they should wait.
