Current behavior

When importing a file into many different target languages, each job needs to be opened in the editor separately and the segments need to be locked each time, although they're the same ones.

Requested behavior

When importing a file into many different target languages, the user can open one job in the editor and lock the segments once, because they have the option to propagate the change to the rest of the jobs with the same source file.
