Administrators and project managers (that own a TM) can give linguists within an organization the right to amend translation memory content to help improve TM quality. By default, translation memories are only available to administrators and project managers. Once shared, a linguist will also be able to search TM content.

Due to continuous improvements, the user interface may not be exactly the same as presented in the video.
To share a TM, follow these steps:

From the page, select one or more TMs or go to a specific TM page.

Click Share
.
The window opens.

Select one or more collaborators from the dropdown list.

Select type of permissions ( or ).

Click Share TM.
The selection is cleared and more collaborators can be added with different rights.

Click x or outside the window to close it.
The shared status of a TM is presented in the list of translation memories with a column displaying:

Users invited to share the TM.
