Reports can be generated for existing jobs, analyses, and quotes. They are limited to the last 30,000 entries.
Job reports contain data from all previously imported jobs.
Job report criteria:

Creation and completion

specify time periods for jobs or projects.

Project due date and Job completion

Specify whether or not the jobs were delivered within their respective deadlines. In addition, using the filter for projects that have a specific deadline ensures that all the information is gathered in one place (e.g. as a summary for invoicing).

Languages, linguists and vendors

In cases of multilingual projects and collaborative assignments, these fields create reports for only specific language combinations or assigned Linguists. For example: exporting data regarding a specific Linguist for invoicing.

Job, project status, and workflow

Specify stages (workflow steps) and completion status.

All previously created Analyses can be joined in an Analysis Report.

To generate a report, follow these steps:

From the Settings
page, scroll down to the section and click on Reports.
The
page opens. -
Click Create.
The
window opens. -
Select a report type from the dropdown list.

Click Create.

Specify report criteria.
-
Click Download.
The report is downloaded to your system as a .CSV file.

Review downloaded report.
-
If report meets requirements, provide a filename and click Save.
The named report is added to the list on the
page.
