Files can either be split or joined. Once a file is split, it cannot be undone, but a group of files can be viewed together in the editor if joined. Joining files can be useful if a number of small related jobs with the same target and source languages is being worked on together.
To join files, follow these steps:
CAT desktop editor

From the jobs table, select the jobs to be joined.

Click Download and select file type.
The
window opens. -
Change file
if required. -
Select
. -
Click Download.
The file will be downloaded to your system where it can be opened with the editor.
Each job is separated in the file with a bar indicating job number and filename.
CAT web editor

From the jobs table, select the jobs to be joined.

Click on a filename of the selected jobs.
All selected jobs are opened in the editor and are separated with a bar indicating job number and filename.
