  • From June 12, the editor is available in 11 languages (Chinese (Simplified), French, English, Czech, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese (Brasil), Russian, Spanish).

Fixed Bugs

  • Safari: In Japanese, pressing Enter to confirm a suggestion causes the cursor to jump to another segment. This has been fixed.

Fixed Bugs

  • The cursor was jumping randomly to the beginning of the target when autocomplete was turned on. This has been fixed.

  • The Undo/Redo functions from the main menu or toolbar were not working. This has been fixed.

  • Some shortcuts were not working with the AZERTY keyboard. This has been fixed.

  • Shortcuts using keys on a numeric keyboard were not working. This has been fixed.

  • The main menu was not working with assistive devices. This has been fixed.

Fixed Bugs

  • In the LQA tab, the tooltip for Repeated Issue blocks the Severity dropdown menu above it. This has been fixed.

  • The CTRL+number combination to pick a translation suggestion from the CAT pane does not work when editing a locked segment. This has been fixed.

  • Scrolling to a segment warning does not work when switching to the CAT pane and back. This has been fixed.

  • Clicking on a long, partially visible segment doesn't make it completely visible or center it in the middle of the editor. This has been fixed.

  • Description field of LQA issues is not rendering line breaks correctly. This has been fixed.

  • More characters are highlighted as exceeding in target within joined tags than should be. This has been fixed.

  • Tag metadata tooltip was not displayed in the CAT pane for TM matches lower than 100%. This has been fixed.

  • Pass/Fail threshold in LQA results are now rounded to two decimal places.

  • The Unable to view segment warning has been changed to a notification and now automatically disappears.

  • Typing responsiveness is slow for RTL languages. This has been fixed.

  • Navigation not working correctly in bidirectional texts ending with a hyphen. This has been fixed.

  • Link rendering in tags has been improved for visibility.

  • Improvement to how tags are displayed when expanded or edited.

  • QA warnings now have a clickable header to help in sorting.

  • Differentiation between first and subsequent repetitions has been improved.

  • New unapproved terms are identified by the grey TB in the middle column (as opposed to black for approved ones).

Fixed Bugs

  • Split job cannot be accessed due to keyword field limitation. This has been fixed.

  • The Shift+Home keyboard shortcut is not working. This has been fixed.

  • Firefox: Hidden character marks are misplaced. This has been fixed.

  • The Definition and Short translation fields from the TB are not correctly displayed. This has been fixed.

  • Importing an unsupported .SDLXLIFF into a TM causes an internal error. There is now a specific error message when attempted.

v24.2 - January 16, 2024

New Features and Improvements

  • The side panel can now be reduced in width (270px).

  • Keyboard shortcuts now work in the tag editing panel. ESC cancels the dialog, CTRL/CMND + ENTER confirms the dialog.

Fixed Bugs

  • Search is not launched if selecting a string and pressing Search in the TM/TB toolbar. This has been fixed.

  • Windows: Double-clicking a word selects that word with the following space(s). This has been fixed.

  • Auto-complete suggestions don't immediately appear when the QA pane is activated. This has been fixed.

  • Quality assurance run via API produced different warnings for jobs in some Arabic languages compared to when it was run in the editor. This has been fixed.

v23.51 - January 2, 2024

New Features and Improvements

  • The order of values has been changed in the status bar to [confirmed] / [total] for segments, words, and chars.

Fixed Bugs

  • Issues when typing in VI , ZH, and JA languages. This has been fixed.

  • After ignoring and hiding multiple QA issues in a batch number of selected issues, the numbers are still displayed and the Run all/x checks button is not available. This has been fixed.

  • Bullet lists in the Note section of a term are not displayed correctly in the CAT pane. This has been fixed.

  • Once a user reaches the last partially visible segment, it is not automatically scrolled into view . This has been fixed.

  • Chrome: After inserting RTL markers, the cursor suddenly jumps backward in the sentence and does not appear where it is expected to be. This has been fixed.

  • The incorrect word is selected when double-clicking within short segments. This has been fixed.
