Autocomplete provides real-time suggestions while translating in the translation editor to speed-up the actual translation work and achieve better overall consistency.
Autocomplete is not available for the Chinese, Japanese, and Korean languages.
If autocomplete is enabled, translation data will be sourced from the machine translation service previously defined in the machine translation tab of the organization detail settings. Nonetheless, activating the autocomplete feature does not influence the overall machine translation contingent.
Differently from the pre-translation feature, autocomplete retrieves machine translation suggestions word by word alongside the translation work. In this way, translators can choose to use them for one sentence while translating another one entirely on their own.
Autocomplete can be used while translating every kind of key, on the condition that it is enabled both in project settings as well as in the translation editor.
Note
The syntax of array keys might not be fully supported.
