If an account expires and there are many TMs/TBs, administrators now only receive one email notification.

Relevant webhooks can now be received for specified projects.

When Authorize user to access Widget URL was turned on in Automation Widget settings, only Admins, PMs, Guests and Submitters were able to use Automation Widget. This is now allowed for Linguists as well when using the Automation Widget URL (Linguists do not have access to the homepage).

The webhooks list page now shows warnings for webhook calls not being delivered, a history of all calls, sends a test webhook and webhooks can be disabled or enabled.

In EPUB files, special characters in XHTML filenames were causing a generic import error. This has been fixed.

When imported from a ZIP folder, APC does not export the completed job back to SFTP online repositories. This has been fixed.

When importing from FTP, the file path is added to the file name. This has been fixed.

It's now possible to update source multilingual files or multiple files with a newer version. When updating a multilingual file, all language copies will be updated.

The max limit for severity penalty in LQA profiles has been increased to 100,000.00 points.

Hidden leading/trailing HTML tags are shown in the Changes in Workflow Step view. This has been fixed.

Update Target and Update Source functionality causes an unsupported file type error with custom file types. This has been fixed.

If a project was created using AW, the quote generated for a vendor did not use the net rate scheme set for the vendor (it was only applied for analysis). This has been fixed.

It's not possible to save segments inside jobs belonging to undeleted projects. This has been fixed.

The automation widget now has the option to Authorize user to access widget URL.

Custom file types based on TXT that are defined by filename and extension can be automatically detected and imported.

Convert to Memsource tags option now available for XLIFF files.

Patterns returned in RelayState for SSO are now ignored.

APC:

The Set unassigned job to completed once previous workflow step is completed option in shared jobs was setting jobs in secondary workflow steps to Completed. This has been fixed.

In monolingual CSV files, straight quotes added to a target become delimiters. This has been fixed.

Trailing line breaks were doubled (or lost) in SRT files on export. This has been fixed.

When trying to delete a Net rate scheme, an error message occurred. This has been fixed.

When a Vendor was selected as a provider for jobs created via Automation Widget, the Net rate scheme and Price list to generate analyses and quotes was not taken into consideration from the Vendor's settings. This has been fixed.

Connector cannot be deleted if ghost Continuous Jobs (still running after deletion) are related to it. This has been fixed.

There are now more options which translations are to be deleted when removing segments from a pre-translation.

Asciidoc format is now supported.

Entries in the Continuous Job history that represent no change are purged after two weeks.

Applying the HTML filter to an imported spreadsheet file with hidden content is not working correctly. This has been fixed.

Entering Japanese characters in the web editor results some characters being dropped. This has been fixed.

Neutral severity of LQA scorecard doesn't change according to value set in LQA profile. This has been fixed.

Quote ready email notification was not sent to the Submitter while being logged in. This has been fixed.

When comments to an XML file are not closed, a false XLIFF tags QA warning is presented. This has been fixed.

It was not possible to save segments nor download completed files in jobs inside undeleted projects . This has been fixed.

✓ and — characters are not imported and exported consistently from JSON files. This has been fixed.

APC: Forced imports not triggered manually still appears in Notifications. This has been fixed.

The following locales have been added to the UI:

iOS .strings filter turns %\s.+ strings into tags. This has been fixed.

Custom tags populated from TM are empty and uneditable if the target tag number is different from the source. This has been fixed.

The error message provides the incorrect limit when importing ZIP files larger than 100 MB. This has been fixed.

Services could only be created new and not be updated. This has been fixed.

When importing an XLIFF file as Multilingual XML, confirmed non-empty target segments were saved into TM even with Save confirmed segments to TM on import disabled. This has been fixed.

The indicated editing time for TM matches in the post-editing analysis was incorrect. This has been fixed.

Projects that are inactive for 6 months are no longer disabled for new jobs. Projects are now automatically moved to the recycle bin after 12 months of inactivity.

The following locales have been added to the UI:

New column Created by was added to customized columns on the project list page. This column is checked by default for Submitter (not checked for remaining user types).

Submitter is now able to display projects created by other Submitters using the same automation widget. Select View projects created by other Submitters checkbox in Submitters' settings to activate.

User can now disable public widget url when editing automation widget settings.

Job status filters -1: completed / -1: not completed are not returning correct results. This has been fixed.

When uploading an MXLIFF file, the error message source edits prohibited by owner is triggered even if the source edits are allowed in the project settings. This has been fixed.

TM search indexes translation units overwritten in different workflow steps. This has been fixed.

Administrators converted from Project Managers retained the restrictions of Project Manager. This has been fixed.

When new password policy was not followed, the error message did not inform the user that a special character is missing. This has been fixed.

The Select button in the TM section of Project template settings does not open a pop-up window to select a TM. This has been fixed.

It's now possible to replace the root element containing the source language with target language code in completed YAML files. There are four language code standards to choose from: Memsource, RFC, Android, Android BCP.

There were performance issues when a user wanted to assign analyses to multiple providers. This has been fixed.

When the email address of a user is changed by anybody other than that user (potential security issue), an email notification will be sent to the user.

Passwords must now follow a strong password policy.

Trusted IP: When the IP address was specified, users were not able to reach the system. This has been fixed.

Tencent MT:

User can now propagate name of the Analysis from a Project Template called by the Service used in Automation Widget.

Projects that were not submitted via an Automation Widget were displayed under Related projects in TM/TB. This has been fixed.

When a project was created via an Automation Widget using a Project Template with some LQA steps enabled, the LQA steps were disabled in the created project. This has been fixed.

It was not possible to subscribe, extend or upgrade subscriptions. This has been fixed.

MS Word files with restricted fonts could not be imported. This has been fixed.

Strings located after hidden conditional text in IDML files were not displayed in the in-context preview. This has been fixed.

Update target webhook did not return number of duplicates found. This has been fixed.

Automated Project Creation can now be forced to import all monitored files, even if they haven't changed.

All changed strings using Update target can be optionally pushed to relevant TMs.

Images are missing from imported MIF files. This has been fixed.

Buyers are able to discover the name of a vendor's vendor. This has been fixed.

DOC/DOCX files containing legacy o:gfxdata attributes failed on import. This has been fixed.

Valid Incorrectly nested tags QA warnings are shown in the wrong segment. This has been fixed.

Next step ready email message is not sent to the linguist if previous workflow completes the job via mobile.

PM with restricted rights to access projects/TM/TB/PT of only one business unit can select any BU. This has been fixed.

Information about Guest users is missing from the tooltip. This has been fixed.

When deleting a TM assigned in the Write mode, the next TM in line automatically inherited the Write mode. This has been fixed.

Confirmed segments were not saved to TM in some XLIFF files. This has been fixed.

Assigned providers were being deleted during multiple analyses edits. This has been fixed.

An Instant Quote Ready email was sent when a project was created via an Automation widget even with Don't create analyses and quotes disabled in the service. This has been fixed.

LQA was being turned off for already existing projects with one LQA workflow step enabled. This has been fixed.

New target pathname macros ( {targetLangName}, {targetLangRFC}, {targetLangAndroid} and {targetLangAndroidBCP}) are supported by file renaming, continuous job and APC target subfolder path fields.

Translatable inline elements can now be defined in HTML import options.

The color of lines are changing when importing MIF (Adobe FrameMaker) files. This has been fixed.

Hidden sheets in multilingual spreadsheet files are being exposed when imported. This has been fixed.

APC is ignoring file type settings in some linked project templates. This has been fixed.

When Email notifications is turned off and Notify job owner when job status is changed is turned on for a project, the user receives notifications. This has been fixed.

In XLIFF 1.2 files, contents that started with a whitespace followed by a tag were not imported and were added before the translation on export. This has been fixed.

XML entities were converted to symbols when double-clicked on TM entry. This has been fixed.

In addition to relevant user rights, the Modify setup's server settings permission was necessary for a PM user to be able to export TMs using API. This has been fixed.

Project template settings were being modified by the automation widget and APC. This has been fixed.

Concept metadata was not being exported from TB. This has been fixed.

Some non-translatable categories (0-95%) were not included in homepage analytics. This has been fixed.

Import of JSONs with # characters used as number placeholders was failing. This has been fixed.

Analyses assigned to providers for jobs created via AW/APC are not correctly formatted in default analysis. This has been fixed.

Bilingual files (XLIFF, PO, TBX, TMX, TTX, TS) are no longer supported for Update target.

Tencent is now available as a fully managed MT engine.

Projects that were not submitted via an Automation Widget were listed in Analysis / Quote reports. This has been fixed.

Character counts of emoji characters were interpreted differently by the QA check (and spreadsheet LEN function) and the status bar counter/segment text highlighting. This has been fixed.

Changes in some non-translatable elements in XML files were not updated by the Reimport from Online repository feature. This has been fixed.

Characters can now be converted to character entities in XLIFF 1.2 and XLIFF 2.0 import settings.

Regexp values added to to QA section in project settings are now validated. QA checks can no longer be saved with invalid regexp.

Segments that appear to be unlocked are not until page reloaded. This has been fixed.

Linguists deleted from project templates continue to receive job notifications. This has been fixed.

Exact search does not work with words followed by <. This has been fixed.

Custom file types based on XML, HTML or JSON that are defined by filename and extension can be automatically detected and imported into Memsource.

Multilingual CSV and multilingual spreadsheet files are now detected automatically if the files have Memsource standard language codes in the first row. Selecting Multilingual CSV and Multilingual MS Excel as file types is no longer required and can be left as Auto-detect.

Notifications are created for failed pre-translation of jobs in Continuous Project, Continuous Job, and Automated Project Creation.

Transliteration can be provided for pseudo-translations.

For pseudo-translations with a segment key, a pseudo-string to be prepended with a numerical hash value of the segment key can be provided.

{fileName} macro can now be used when naming analysis. If more files/jobs are used for analysis, the {fileName} will be empty.

There was no Sign out button on the Subscription expired page. This is fixed.

Multilingual spreadsheets: line breaks and formatting are not preserved in the completed file. This has been fixed.

New segments and words in new segments are aggregated in the job tooltip every time a source file is updated.

HTML subfilter can now be used when parsing ICU messages in JSON.

When opening large numbers of jobs (>290), a web error occurred. There is now a warning message and opening more than 290 jobs in the editor is disabled.

Relevancy is modified on linguist assignment instead of job completion by a linguist. This has been fixed.

The tooltip next to the analysis name field contained an incorrect link. This has been fixed.

The tooltip for the Parse ICU messages option under XLIFF 1.2 / XLIFF 2.0 import settings provided vague information. This has been fixed.

Analyses and quotes automatically created using the automation widget can now be turned off.

Pre-translation finished webhook returns errors and warnings.

Non-empty target segments can be confirmed and/or locked after import for multilingual XLSX, CSV and XML. Confirmed segments can also be saved to a translation memory attached to a project.

When filtering jobs in a project by the target language and selecting Select all jobs (meaning all filtered jobs), all jobs (all target languages) in the project are exported. This has been fixed.

Accepting jobs assigned to multiple users as an Administrator from within the editors triggers an error message. This has been fixed.

APC: Multiple incoming target languages are causing sync errors with some connectors. This has been fixed.

TM remained read/write when later set as read-only for a particular workflow step. This has been fixed.

Searching in archived projects did not work. This has been fixed.

Wordpress XLIFF file type was renamed to Drupal/WordPress XLIFF. No change in functionality was introduced.

Login page for SSO has been redesigned for clarity.

User can update translations using the Update target feature, which enables the upload of offline files and the update of target segments and TM.

YAML: There are problems with rendering multilines and spaces. This has been fixed.

DOCX: Tagified strings lose formatting in the exported document. This has been fixed.

XLIFF: ICU parser is inserting custom placeholders in the target segment. This has been fixed.

QA check terminology has been updated.

Unification of capitalization across machine translation engine values.

Net Rate Scheme and Price lists are not being propagated to the Financials settings of a project. This has been fixed.

There was an issue with custom Memsource Translate profiles which prevented users from disabling all machine translation engines. This has been fixed.

Post-editing analysis can be automatically generated after updating a source.

Additional languages are now supported.

en_ja has been deprecated and replaced with en_jp. Projects with older resources can still use en_ja, but all new resources use en_jp.

A new Workflow automation option in projects and project templates makes it possible to automatically complete unassigned workflow steps after the previous step is completed. In case of a split job, all parts must be completed in order to automatically complete following unassigned steps.

Text in .XLSX files that are hidden in merged cells is not imported with the HTML subfilter. This has been fixed.

In some translation engines, tags were being included in translations when Include Tags is set to FALSE. This has been fixed.

LQA profile is not being saved to projects if the organization has only one workflow step. This has been fixed.

Search bar does not support the Autofill Form Data feature. This has been fixed.

A rejected job did not activate the Linguist's user deactivated account in the previous workflow step. This has been fixed.

Errors are being triggered when using automation widgets with some services. This has been fixed.

Fuzzy status is ignored if there are more parameters on the same line when importing PO (gettext). This has been fixed.

Terms can now be imported into a term base with metadata if the metadata is defined in the account (e.g., client, domain). Metadata must be defined before import.

Non-translatable inline elements defined in the HTML filter are no longer case sensitive.

Files can now be manually re-imported from online repositories.

Rozetta T-3MT cannot process jobs with the < character. This has been fixed.

Project status changed webhook is not sent after status is automatically changed. This has been fixed.

LQA profiles are now available allowing different LQA settings for different customers and content types.

Special characters can no longer be used in user names.

Slides from some .pptx files were not being imported. This has been fixed.

Continuous jobs can be manually re-imported from online repositories.

Incorrect link in Job Assigned email template. This has been fixed.

Continuous job cannot be exported to a target subfolder path in a different branch in a GitHub repository. This has been fixed.
