Memsource Editor for Web Releases 2020

This release includes general optimization improvements.

Ctrl+Shift+Up/Down Arrow and Ctrl+Shift+Up/Up Arrow did not select text by line. This has been fixed.

Attempting to set all QA warnings to Ignore triggered a console error. This has been fixed.

Using Ctrl+Del/Backspace in Windows would delete more characters than expected. This has been fixed.
