Phrase Suite Cross-Product Invitations

Cross-product invitations can be performed only by Suite administrators.

To invite new users of Phrase products that are part of the same Suite organization, follow these steps:

Add the user to first product:
- In Strings, invite the new user by selecting Users/New user.
- In TMS, create the new user by selecting Users/New.
Wait until the new user logs into the first product.
Invite the user to the second product by following one of the below procedures for existing Phrase accounts.

Existing users of a Phrase product can be invited to other products belonging to the same Suite organization and access all products through Suite single login.

Note

Both TMS and Strings organizations are required to belong to the same Suite organization.

Invite Strings users to TMS

Login to the Phrase Suite and open TMS product.

The TMS application is displayed.
Hover over Users on the navigation panel and click the icon.

The Users/Create page is displayed.
Fill in required fields, i.e. Name, Surname, Username, and Email.
- Existing users belonging to a TMS organization will keep the username they are currently using. New TMS users will be registered under the provided username.
Click Create.

The invited user receives an invitation email with two options:
- Join with an existing profile
  
  For users with existing TMS accounts.
- Set up a new profile
  
  For new TMS users.
Invited user accepts the invitation.

The Suite login page is displayed.
Invited user logs into the Phrase Suite through existing Strings credentials.

Both Strings and TMS products are accessible in the Suite dashboard.

Invite TMS users to Strings

Login to the Phrase Suite and open Strings product.

The Strings application is displayed.
Select Users on the navigation panel and click + New user at the top right of the page.

The user invitation page is displayed.
Provide invited user’s email and select their default role.
Click Invite users.

The invited user receives an invitation email.
Invited user clicks on Accept Invitation.

The Strings welcome page is displayed.
Invited user selects I already have a Phrase account.

The Strings login page is displayed.
Invited user cliks on Login via Phrase suite.

The Suite login page is displayed.
Invited user logs into the Phrase Suite.

Both Strings and TMS products are accessible in the Suite dashboard.
