Current behavior:
It is not possible to Filter based on the number of tags in the segment.

Available workaround: 
It is possible only to filter based on tags inside segments but it doesn't Sort it and it displays the segments that have 1+ tags.

Requested behavior: 
Have the option to Sort segments based on Most or Least tags. The option is to be here.

Use case:
Some segments contain many tags. This brings issues with this
