Current behavior:
In the downloaded bilingual MXLIFF / DOCX, the language of text in the Comment column is set to English by default.

Requested behavior:
When downloading a bilingual MXLIFF / DOCX, a user can set the language of text in the Comment column or it is automatically set to the job target language.

Use case:
When editing or spellchecking translation in the bilingual MXLIFF / DOCX in a text Editor such as MS Word, there may be a lot of false positive spellcheck warnings, which can be distracting and time-consuming to ignore them. Setting the language of the column manually is not very convenient as only up to a thousand rows can be selected at once.
