Current behavior
It is not possible to add a comment when declining / accepting a job directly in TMS interface.
Requested behavior
When a job is accepted or declined in the Phrase UI, a comment box appears in the UI for the reasoning of the job decline from linguist.
The ideal scenario would be to have a system in which the Linguist puts a comment, selects Accept or Decline, and the result is shared with the assigned PM via automatic email notification or the notification function on Phrase.
