The comments content is not stored in MXLIFF files.

Requested behavior:
The comments content is stored in MXLIFF files, sample:

<source>More than translation software</source>
<target></target>
<comment some="thing">This is a comment stored in MXLIFF.</comment>

Use case:
The comments should be embedded in MXLIFF and viewable in any text editor tool as an separate element or attribute. Also, they need to be accessed without logging in.
