Introduce Maximum length (column) field in standard MS Excel's import settings

Current behavior

Only Multilingual MS Excel, XML, Multilingual XML, JSON, CSV and Multilingual CSV's import settings allow for the specification of a maximum length column present in the source file.

Requested behavior

Standard MS Excel's import settings allow for the specification of a maximum length column present in the source file.
