Enable REGEX Search&Replace to support $0 in replace fields that represents the found regex result in Search field. This is related to the Editor for Desktop. Sample:
Find: Memsou[a-zA-Z]ce
Replace: $0 TMS
Result in segments:
Memsource replaced by Memsource TMS.
