Current behavior:
Administrators/Project Managers can generate quotes, but Linguists cannot generate invoices with their own data.

Available workaround (if any):
After the quote is emailed to a Linguist, they have to manually create an external invoice.

Requested behavior:
Automatically generate an invoice with the Linguist's data based on the Analysis and their financial information.

Use case: 
This will enhance some automation in the Linguist's process to create invoices to send to their organization.
