Add option to download Bilingual MXLIFF and TMX files with different language combinations and from specific workflow steps from Jobs View

Current behavior

It’s not possible to download Bilingual MXLIFF and TMX files from the Jobs View. Nor is it possible to do so from there for specific workflow steps and in batches of different language combinations

It’s possible to download Bilingual MXLIFF and TMX files from the Jobs View. It is also possible to do so from there for specific workflow steps and in batches of different language combinations
