Current behavior:
When Short Translation (metadata) of a Term is present in the source text, it does not show in the CAT Pane

Requested behavior:
Enable Short Translation (metadata) of a Term to be recognized and shown in CAT pane

Workaround:
Create a new separate term for the Short Translation term

Use case:
NPA for Nasopharyngeal Airway does not appear in the CAT Pane despite being present in the Term metadata under Short Translation
