Current behavior:
When using Set project to completed once all jobs are completed, the completed jobs switch the Project status to completed.
And when the jobs have Update source, the Project status stays completed, but it should be changed to new.
Requested behavior:
Have an option to automatically change project status from completed to new if all jobs had Update source action.
