Enable users to select Welsh (cy / cy‑GB) when creating datasets and training custom MT engines within Phrase Custom AI.

🤷 What’s the use case?

Our company requires high‑quality machine translation for Welsh content. Being able to train custom MT models in Welsh will ensure we maintain domain-specific terminology and style in our localized output.

📅 How does it behave today?

Currently, Welsh is not available as a source or target locale in Custom AI’s language selectors. Only languages listed in the “Supported language pairs” within the Custom AI overview are available
