As a user I want to see information (under Your Subscription page under Setup) about how many submitters I can have/use based on my subscription.

The number of allowed Submitter accounts, as well as Project manager, Linguist, and Guest accounts is shown for both the current and next subscriptions in the Plan and billing details section under organization's Settings.
