Merge TMs

Current behavior: It is not possible to merge multiple TMs in UI by selecting the TMs and clicking on a "Merge" button.

Requested behavior: It is possible to merge multiple TMs in UI by selecting the TMs and clicking on a "Merge" button.

Available workaround: Import any number of TMX or XLSX files into a TM.
