API: Implement taskID for jobparts

Current behavior:

The "get job" response no longer gives taskID (it was possible in Legacy API).

There is no taskID associated with jobparts.

Requested behavior:

The "get job" response contains taskID. Jobparts have an associated taskID.

Use case: 

Better monitoring of the workflow via webhooks.
