Export all parameters when exporting TB to XLSX using API

In UI, when the user exports TB into XLSX, they can choose what parameters should be exported. In API no such choice is possible - there are no parameters to set. The TB should be exported with all its parameters (the same way TMX is).

Current behavior

XLSX is exported only with default parameters (CID, TID, source, targets).

Expected behavior

All parameters should be exported.
