Add option to filter Jobs column in ascending/descending order in Users page

Current behavior

In the Users page, it is impossible to filter the Jobs column in ascending or descending order to check which users have the highest/lowest number of open jobs.

Requested behavior

In the Users page, it is possible to filter the Jobs column in ascending or descending order to check which users have the highest/lowest number of open jobs.
