Add Segment count tracking next to Wordcount tracking in the Job's panel of the Users section

Current behavior:

The Job's panel of the User's section currently tracks only wordcount for each of the jobs.

Requested behavior:

Add the Segment count tracking next to Wordcount tracking in the Job's panel of the Users section
