Make editing time and information on segment source accessible via API

Current behavior:

It is not possible to retrieve editing time and information on segment source via API.
It is only possible to view the information in MXLIFF or in case of the editing time, partially in the Post-editing Analysis.

Expected behavior:
It is possible to retrieve editing time and information on segment source via API.
