.CSV – Zendesk Dynamic Content (Strings)

Zendesk CSV je typ souboru založený na CSV, který se používá k načítání lokalizovaných dynamických dat pro aplikace Zendesk.

Zendesk CSV má obvykle pět polí pro každý řádek (název, výchozí jazyk, výchozí text, text pro konkrétní kód jazyka a stav varianty). Zdroj a lokalizované Strings jsou umístěny v poli 3 a 4. 

Obecně nezáleží na tom, zda je každé pole v souborech .CSV v uvozovkách, ale pro Zendesk CSV se to doporučuje.
