Our Help Center uses Single sign-on for our customers.
To submit a request:
Sign in to your Phrase TMS account.
If you have multiple Phrase accounts, sign in to the account in which the problem occurred or that you have questions about.
This helps our Technical Support team gather additional information about the issue you may be having with that account.
If you do not have a Phrase account, sign up for a free trial.
If you are having trouble logging in or want to submit a request without creating the Phrase account, please contact us here.
