Phrase calculates consumption of Generative AI Capabilities in AI Units (AIUs). The table below lists the Generative AI Capabilities available via the Phrase platform with a description of how their AIU consumption is calculated.

This is calculated based on the number of review criteria words defined in each AI Check and the number of target words evaluated per AI Check. Only evaluated (unlocked) target words are included in the calculation. Example A Quality profile contains two AI checks:
The Quality profile is run on a job with 10,000 evaluated (unlocked) target words. Calculation: (300 + 10,000) + (700 + 10,000) = 21,000 words 21,000 ÷ 10 = 2,100 AIUs Total consumption: 2,100 AIUs. |
