Phrase Studio includes default keyboard shortcuts for common playback and subtitle-editing actions. All shortcuts can be customized from the page to suit individual workflows.

Customize Shortcuts
Some key combinations may be reserved by the operating system or browser and cannot be used to create custom shortcuts.
Shortcut configurations are stored per user account and are not shared across an organization.
To customize a shortcut, follow these steps:

From the menu, select the Keyboard Shortcuts tab.
The are displayed.

Select the action to adjust and press the desired key combination.
The new shortcut is saved automatically.

If needed, select
to restore the original shortcut.
Selecting Reset all to defaults at the bottom of the tab restores all shortcuts to their default values.
