Weekly Release Notes

Weekly Release Notes — July 27, 2026

The release notes summarize the changes introduced over the previous week.

New Features & Improvements

  • Content group rules without a name are now automatically given a short generated name in Quality Evaluation results.
  • Hard caps of 50 active rules and 20 active AI checks are now enforced per Content group/Language pair, with clear errors when exceeded.
  • The Quality profiles tab now supports filtering, sorting, and quick search, matching the Rules tab.
  • Project templates can now be linked to Content groups, so template-based projects inherit content-group-based settings.
  • Content group create/edit/delete actions now require the Owner or Admin platform role.
  • Studio dubbing adds Voiseed as a new provider that conditions output on source audio to preserve prosody, tone, and emotion.
  • Studio inline editor now supports pronunciation editing per segment.
  • Studio segment action buttons have been reorganized for clarity.
  • Studio in-editor translation now includes auto-generated context info to reduce mistranslation of numbers/domain terms.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed: regional locale variants (e.g. en-GB, en-US, fr-FR) being flattened before reaching the Ubiqus NMT engine.
  • Fixed: "Select All" in TM search stayed on empty results.
  • Fixed: job exports failed with an internal error across Tridion, Google Drive, and Contentful connectors.
  • Fixed: XLIFF exports with the HTML subfilter lost ampersand escaping.
  • Fixed: large IDML documents showed placeholder backgrounds and unresponsive previews after scrolling.
  • Fixed: a misplaced filter indicator and Shift+click row selection also selecting page text in Project list/Jobs table.
  • Fixed: the jobs API exposed workflow step details to the Linguist role that the project API withholds.
  • Fixed: a "Needs attention" dismiss APC button did nothing when the referenced project was deleted.
  • Fixed: a deleted workflow step could still appear in Workflow setup when creating a project template.
  • Fixed: the assign-providers-from-template preview showed the wrong step/providers for vendors on shared jobs.
  • Fixed: stale TM order values could persist in project templates after prioritization was disabled.
  • Fixed: two Content groups page UI issues (duplicate heading/unclear empty state; context menu rendering behind the side panel).
  • Fixed: service-account (BOT) API integrations were wrongly denied access (403/500 errors) across several TMS endpoints — project templates, LQA profiles, provider assignment from templates, translation memory updates, and vendor assignment. BOT access now matches admin-level access where intended.
  • Fixed: editing a net rate scheme without the optional "rates" field caused a server error.
  • Fixed: MCP OAuth dynamic client registration failed for strict RFC 8414 clients (e.g. AI assistant desktop apps).
  • Fixed: the Users table now truncates long emails/names with a tooltip and shows each user's actual Studio role.
  • Fixed: the waveform timeline broke when zooming, and playhead movement was jerky.
  • Fixed: a transcription quality regression causing hallucinated words and inconsistent number formatting.
  • Fixed: an Auto Adapt setting rejected "No" with a validation error and couldn't be saved.
