The release notes summarize the changes introduced over the previous week.
New Features & Improvements
- Admins can now restrict a Project Manager's access to only specific Buyers' projects and jobs in TMS
- Portal admins can attach a Content Group style guide to improve AI Translation Agent output
- Portal admins can now set a different MT engine per target language instead of a single global setting for the whole Portal
- Pre-translate failures caused by MT profile configuration issues (for example no engine enabled, or an unsupported language pair) now show a specific error code and message in Portal instead of a bare error
- Editor context (previous/next segment, tags) is now passed to BYO custom-connector MT engines in synchronous translation mode, matching what was already sent for other engines
- Quality evaluation requests now support an optional callback URL so callers are notified via webhook once evaluation completes, instead of having to poll
- Reference files in the web editor can now be opened inline in a new browser tab (for supported types such as PDF, images, text, audio, video, and HTML) instead of only being downloadable
Bug Fixes
- Fixed: Portal admin list returned a server error for the entire organization when one portal referenced a deleted email template
- Fixed: WordPress ACF WYSIWYG rich-text custom fields were not exported as translatable content, leaving translations blank
- Fixed: Contentful exports failed when a Markdown link was nested inside bold or other inline formatting
- Fixed: Multilingual Excel exports could leave the most recently translated or reviewed language column appearing empty
- Fixed: the WordPress connector read target languages from a stale post revision instead of the live post, causing newly added languages to be missed
- Fixed: the WordPress job-creation browse dialog sometimes imported fewer files than were actually selected when multiple posts were checked in the same folder
- Fixed: the Salesforce Suite (Verbis) connector could fail to import jobs when a project's version data was missing
- Fixed: the Job Sync connector permanently failed a file download after a single transient server error instead of retrying
- Fixed: a crash in DOCX file processing caused by an unexpected blank formatting value
- Fixed: a placeholder numbering mismatch in translation memory cross-references when a paragraph was split into multiple segments
- Fixed: intermittent failures when importing large PPTX files across many target languages simultaneously
- Fixed: pre-translation could be silently skipped for a subset of jobs at project creation
- Fixed: the APC "Needs attention" Dismiss/Retry action returned an error and got stuck when the referenced project had been deleted
