Important
Information in this article is valid only for users on legacy plans as of January 31, 2024.
A debit/credit card, PayPal, SEPA Direct Debit (EU customers only) or wire transfer can be used to purchase a Phrase subscription.
The following debit/credit cards are accepted:

VISA
-
MasterCard
-
American Express
-
Union Pay
Wire transfers are only available for the Enterprise plan and/or for payments which exceed the following amounts (upon which such option will be available in the hosted subscription checkout window):

EUR: 4,000
-
USD: 5,000
-
CZK: 100,000
To pay by credit card or PayPal, follow these steps:

From the bottom left of Phrase, click Subscribe now
The
page opens. -
Select a currency.

Click Subscribe now on the preferred plan.

Provide required PM profiles and a subscription period.
-
Click Next.
-
Provide billing data and click Next.
-
Review subscription and billing data and click Checkout.
Payment gateway opens.

Complete payment process to complete subscription purchase.
If changing PayPal accounts, once a PayPal account is invalid, Phrase will indicate this and provide a link for updating the account.
If payment via credit card or PayPal is not possible, the billing team can agree with the Customer, on a case by case basis, that the payment may be done via wire transfer - however, this is only available for annual subscriptions (billing cycles). For such inquiries, send an email to billing@phrase.com together with the following information:

Billing address, including a VAT number if available.

Vendor token (found on the Setup
page under the section).

Preferred plan.
-
Number of required Project Manager profiles.

Subscriptions can be managed from the Plan and billing details page as well as a listing of downloadable invoices.
To modify a subscription, follow these steps:

From the Settings
page, scroll down to the section and click on Plan and billing details.
The
page opens. -
To upgrade, click Upgrade plan.
Select a plan to upgrade to and click Subscribe now. Pricing calculation is prorated.

To add users, click Add users.
The current number of users is presented with the option to add more PMs. Pricing calculation is displayed and prorated.

To manage subscription, click Manage.
The conditions of the existing subscription are presented but can be modified if required.
If not on an Enterprise plan, cancelling or withdrawing a subscription is also managed on the
page.To downgrade a plan or delete an account, contact the Support Team. Downgrades can only be applied at the end of a subscription period.
To update existing credit card information, follow these steps:

From the Settings
page, scroll down to the section and click on Plan and billing details.
The
page opens. -
In the Manage.
section, clickA new window opens to display existing payment information.

Update credit card information as required.
To remove existing credit card data without adding new payment information, contact the Support Team.
