Translation work is performed in the translation editor. The editor provides meta information for translated strings, key management and search functionality.
The translation editor is split up into three functional areas within the browser window:
There are two methods to open the translation editor:

From the main page, hover over the desired project card and select Editor.

From the tab of the current project page, click on the name of the desired language locale.

Due to continuous improvements, the user interface may not be exactly the same as presented in the video.
Troubleshooting

When opening the editor, keys and translations do not display.
This issue may be related to the browser cache. To resolve it, try the following recommendations:

Use the most recent version of the browser.

Use the browser's incognito mode, or delete the cache/cookies and try accessing again.

Disable any recently added VPN or browser extensions.
