Two-factor Authentication, also called Two-step Authentication or 2FA, increases the security of a user profile. The profile is linked via Google Authenticator or another compatible application to a mobile phone. In the case of changing phones, authentication codes are linked to the Google account and will transfer automatically and if using a new account, the codes can be exported from the Authenticator application.
When signing in to a Phrase profile, a username, password and security code that is generated on the mobile phone must be provided.
Two-factor authentication has to be enabled on the user level. It cannot be enforced for all users by an Administrator.
To set up Two-factor Authentication in the Phrase Platform, follow these steps:
-

From , select Settings/Profile from the profile icon at the top right of the screen.
