Current behavior: 
Assigned jobs - vendor is assigned e.g. in the 1st and 3rd workflow step. In the 3rd step, they have full access even though the previous 2nd step is not yet completed.

Available workaround:
Assign the vendor to the 3rd workflow step only after the 2nd step is completed.

Requested behavior:
Make it possible to pass warning/no access to the vendor in 3rd workflow step since the 2nd workflow step is not completed yet.

Use case:
The buyer is in charge of 2nd workflow step but vendor already has access to the 3rd step where they can make edits even before the 2nd step is finished by the buyer.
