Current behavior

When downloading a job's MXLIFF/DOCX/TMX, there is no option for the user to exclude segments based on their status (unconfirmed, locked, etc.) or translation origin (e.g. MT, TM).

Requested behavior

When downloading a job's MXLIFF/DOCX/TMX, the user can choose to exclude segments based on their status (unconfirmed, locked, etc.) or translation origin (e.g. MT, TM).

Additional notes

Especially relevant for the TMX format when passing content between platforms. Existing, but less encompassing FR here.
