Current behavior

The percentage of confirmed segments in the project page, next to the job name, can only ever include all segments, independently of their status.

Requested behavior

The percentage of confirmed segments in the project page, next to the job name, can either include all segments, or only unlocked ones.

Use case

If a job has lots of locked segments that don't need any attention from the provider, the percentage of confirmed segments in the project page won't give PMs an accurate idea of how much work has been done and how much still needs to be done.
