Current behavior:
QA check is available for one project

Requested behavior:
QA check is available to multiple projects to cross-QA 

Use case:
Consistency QA check comparing two projects' translation together, for example, two xliff files, one for iOS, one for Android.

Current workaround:
Download translated xliff files and integrate with an external 3rd party QA tool such as Xbench to do consistency QA check.
