Current behavior:
It's not possible to filter for whole words only in the Search and Replace functions in Editors. 

Requested behavior:
There is a filter for matching whole words only when using the Search and Replace functions in Editors (similarly to the “Find whole words only” filter in Microsoft Word).

Use case:
It would allow for more effective bulk operations when using the Search and Replace functions. While there is a workaround to add spaces around the searched expression to indicate a whole word, it can be error prone and create extra manual work.
