Current behavior:
When saving a project as a template, providers assigned to jobs in that project are not saved in the template.

Available workaround:
It is necessary to manually re-assign all providers to each language/workflow step in the project template settings.

Requested behavior: 
When saving a project as a template, providers assigned to jobs in that project are not saved in the template.

Use case:
This will allow users to save time and avoid manual efforts to re-fill each language/step field in the project template settings.
