These 2 files could easily calculate an adjusted estimated time, weighted by the parameters of the net rate scheme.   But the "price list" would have to be expressed in hours/word  instead of currency/word.

This would be important for groups using Memsource internally and wanting to know the time estimate. 

Another feature could then be to see how much work (in hours) is on a given translator and see if the deadlines are realistic.
