Current behavior: Linguist users cannot add/edit terms that are in 'read' mode

Requested behavior: Linguist users can add/edit terms that are in 'read' mode

Use case: Apart from the main 'write' TB, the client has a separate special TB for writing the regular terms (headings) of each project and the assigned providers shall be able to do so.

Workaround: When wanting to add such term, the linguist user needs to notify and ask the Admin/PM to do so.
