Current behavior:
Guests are not allowed to lock/unlock segments. Only Project Managers and Administrators can do that.

Currently, Guest users can only edit locked segments using the F2 key if they are allowed to access the translation jobs in the Editor.

Requested behavior:
Guests can be allowed to lock/unlock segments.

Use case:
Guests might need to lock/unlock some segments while accessing their jobs in the Editor. Being able to do so directly and independently would not require them to contact the Project Manager in this matter.
