As a user, I would like to have an option to send job offer to a larger number of users even if the concurrent number who can log in to claim/reject a job is limited by subscription.

 

My subscription allows 50 linguists, but I want to be able to contact 70 linguists (even though only 50 of them will be allowed to work on the translation).
